Too fun! Lisa Mullarkey will be joining us on Saturday, May 17th at 11 am in our Princeton Chicklet Books to read to the little monkeys and do some amazing crafts. Lisa has written "Splashing By The Shore" and will be signing copies on Saturday. She will also be directing play with making edible sand art and teaching how to make origami whales. Very neat - be sure to come to this one!!

Don't Miss The Moving Sale!!

As you heard from our newsletter (write us at bookchick@chickletbooks.com if you aren't receiving our newsletter and want in on the fun!), we will be moving from our Hillsborough location to a new, very cute store in Millstone. But we don't want to have to move all the books, so sale sale sale!! Only the locals on the first week (Hillsborough or adjoining town driver's license required for sale prices). Each and every book is $2 from May 12-16th. Then it will be opened to the general public on Sunday, May 18th. That Sunday and Monday the books will still be $2 each. Tuesday and Wednesday, they will drop to $1. Thursday and Friday will drop to a crazy $0.50 and on Saturday the 24th, books will go for $5/bag. Crazy fun!!!!

Sunlight and Moonlight Book Bunches Are Meeting!

On Wednesday, May 21st, our Book Bunches will be discussing "The Bright Forever" by Lee Martin. The Sunlight Bunch meets from 10 am to 12 pm, and the Moonlight Bunch meets from 7-9 pm. This should be a really interesting discussion; if you haven't read the book yet, pick it up and drop in on the meeting!!

Communication is an essential part of any relationship, and
this is certainly true of the relationship between parents and teenagers. It is common for families to begin to feel as if they are living in two different worlds as children mature into teens and relationships can become strained. Come visit for a night of talking freely with parents and teens, with a lot of fun, interactive activities
throughout that will help maintain and strengthen family bonds. We will talk about communicating non-abusively, active listening, relationship building, and more. This workshop is as entertaining as it is informative!
